Social Connection:
Building Community Through Health System Interventions

Wednesday, September 28, 2022
11am – 12:30pm, Central time

Loneliness and social isolation pose serious public health risks for older Americans, putting many at heightened risk for dementia and medical conditions like heart disease, stroke, and depression. Studies show that over one-third of adults over 45 feel lonely, and nearly one-fourth of adults over the age of 65 are socially isolated.

Organizations across the country are joining forces to combat loneliness by addressing the factors that lead to isolation. In our upcoming webinar, join panelists from AARP Foundation, Pyx Health, Humana, NOVA Scripts Central, and the Fatty Liver Foundation to hear how they’re addressing social isolation with the populations they serve to increase social connection.

If you cannot attend the webinar but are interested in learning more about our platform, please schedule a demo.
